If, for any reason, you should ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products, to the original point of purchase, for a full 100% money-back guarantee.Refunds can only be made in if return of products as same as purchase condtion.No refunds apply if products have consumed/opened. 

Any Gift With Purchase received with an order must also be returned for a full refund.

Please fill up your shipping address carefully while place your order will be ship to same address provided by customer. we will not be responsible for misplaced delivery if incorrect address been provided to us.

we do not accept returns or exchange for international orders.Refund may be available for New Zealand customers within five days of order date.

We only accept returns purchased for Glowbee products purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind returns. We do not accept returns directly to our warehouse, please follow the correct process below.

How to start a return

1. Confirm that you are returning a product purchased from www.glowbeeskincare.com

2. Contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page and select “Returns”.

To expedite your request, please include the below details:

• Order number:

• Address

• Date of the product purchase

• Product(s) requested to be returned

• Return reason

• Product condition (unopened, used, damaged, faulty)

3. We will contact you,once you submit your return, and email you the Return your products to adress will be provided.

As with any beauty product that is applied to the skin, reactions can occur. But don’t worry! We are here to help 🙂

If you are aware that certain ingredients cause allergic reactions, ask for assistance  email us at Contact@glowbeeskincare.com before making an order. You can also check the product descriptions and ingredients list on our website.

We apologise in advance if our products do give you an allergic reaction. Unfortunately, GLOWBEE is not held liable for reactions that you develop and is unable to offer replacement products or refunds. To avoid this from happening, our knowledgeable staff members will always be happy to help and we try our best to consult customers as they tell us what fits their skin type. If making a purchase in store, it is strongly recommended that you test the product on a small area of your skin first if you are unsure. 

Shipping Policy

 Domestic Shipping Rates 

Standard shipping within the New Zealand is $10 regardless of product orders.

Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 2-5 business days after the order is placed and all of our order will be ship by NZ Post courier service. Customers get notifications in th email regards any delivery updates. 

Shipping Internationally

We are also ship internationally for international customers convenience. We currently ship via New Zealand Post Services and ship wolrdwide. However we can use fedex or Dhl but the shipping price will be vary. Shipping time is vary from country. we aim to ship our international orders within 20 working days.  Shipping Price for international order as below regardless of products:

Australia: 30NZD                        Rest of world: 50NZD

Your shipping fee, inclusive of duties and VAT fees will be Standard flat fee and will be calculated at checkout page.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments, including those from Australia. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or additional duties and fees mandated by customs. The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of all products purchased – discounts are not considered in the customs total value.

• Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Glowbee Skincae is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs and can not ship out replacement packages.
• Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Glowbee Skincare assumes no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 weeks.
